Description of Conditioning Tower:
Our conditioning tower is an essential equipment of dry process rotary kiln system, and is the intermediate link machine between the five-stage cyclone preheater and environmental protection equipment. Through implementing humidifying treatment for exhaust gases, it is typically used to improve the dust collecting efficiency of electronic environmental protection equipment. In this way, it helps to protect the working environment.

Main Components of Conditioning Tower:
1. Gas entry cone with fittings for gas distribution.
2. Cylindrical part where exhaust gases are cooled down through the injection and evaporation of water.
3. Dust collection basin where dust is separated from the gases.
4. Sprayer system on the cylindrical part
